I believe that filmmakers, authors, screenwriters, and your average person on an average day, tell stories to take ownership of their experiences and view of the world. That, try as you may to understand the complexity of human nature, you can never really know who a person is until you hear a story about them. The most authentic way to learn from one another is to share our life stories and lessons learned.
